Incidental Accidental Paintings by Chilliwackadoodle

Incidental Accidental Paintings – Parts 1 & 2 are a pair of creative zines by Canadian artist Chilliwackadoodle Ol’School Zine Machine.

What if some of the world’s most interesting abstract paintings already exist—you just have to know where to look?

These zines explore the hidden artistry found in everyday life. Through pictures, Chilliwackadoodle documents overlooked surfaces, weathered textures, peeling paint, stains, rust, and other accidental compositions that resemble stunning abstract paintings. Each page invites you to slow down, look closer, and discover beauty in places most people walk past without noticing.

Perfect for artists, photographers, designers, and anyone who enjoys seeing the world from a fresh perspective, Incidental Accidental Paintings celebrates the idea that art isn’t always created—it can also be discovered.

Whether you’re an abstract art enthusiast or simply looking for creative inspiration, Part 1 or 2 offer a unique collection of found compositions that challenge the way we see our surroundings.
